Use Ozempic exactly as prescribed by your healthcare provider
Inject it once weekly on the same day each week
Inject it under the skin of the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm
Rotate injection sites each week
Use it with or without food
Follow the dosing schedule your provider gives you
If you miss a dose and it has been 5 days or less, take it as soon as possible
If you miss a dose and more than 5 days have passed, skip it and take the next dose on your regular day
Do not take two doses within 48 hours
Store unused pens in the refrigerator
Do not freeze Ozempic
After first use, store the pen as directed by the product instructions
Use a new needle for each injection
Dispose of used needles in a sharps container
Seek medical help for severe side effects or allergic reactions
Contact your healthcare provider before changing your dose or stopping Ozempic
