Visit the Income Tax e-Filing portal: https://www.incometax.gov.in
Click on “Link Aadhaar” or “Link Aadhaar Status”
Enter your PAN number
Enter your Aadhaar number
Enter your name as per Aadhaar
Enter the mobile number linked to Aadhaar
Click on “Validate”
Enter the OTP received on the Aadhaar-linked mobile number
Submit the request
Check the status of Aadhaar-PAN linking on the portal
If required, pay the prescribed fee before submitting the linking request
