Open Chrome
Click the three-dot menu
Go to Bookmarks
Open Bookmark Manager
Select the bookmark
Drag the bookmark to the desired location
Drop it into the folder or position you want
To move multiple bookmarks, select them and drag them together
To move a bookmark to the bookmarks bar, drag it to the bookmarks bar folder
To move a bookmark to another folder, drag it into that folder
To reorder bookmarks, drag them up or down in the list
