Open the document, photo, or file you want to print
Click File in the menu bar
Select Print
Choose your printer
Set the number of copies
Adjust print settings if needed
Click Print
Use the keyboard shortcut Command + P to open the print dialog quickly
Make sure your printer is turned on and connected to your Mac
If needed, add the printer in System Settings > Printers & Scanners
