Restart the device
Check for and remove any stuck volume buttons
Turn off Safe Mode from the notification panel if available
Power off the device completely, then turn it back on
Uninstall any recently installed apps that may be causing the issue
Remove and reinsert the battery if the device has a removable battery
Clear the system cache if supported by the device
Update the device software
Perform a factory reset if Safe Mode will not turn off
Contact the device manufacturer or support if the issue continues
