Open the BSNL Tunes or My BSNL app
Sign in with your BSNL mobile number
Search for the song or tune you want
Select the tune from the results
Tap Set as Caller Tune
Confirm the activation request
Wait for the confirmation SMS from BSNL
To activate by SMS, send the required keyword to the BSNL caller tune service number
Follow the SMS instructions to choose a song
Confirm the selection when prompted
To activate by call, dial the BSNL caller tune service number
Follow the IVR instructions
Select the song and confirm activation
To activate through a missed call service, give a missed call to the BSNL caller tune activation number if available in your circle
Follow the SMS or IVR instructions received afterward
To copy a caller tune from another BSNL user, use the app or service option if available
Select the copy option and confirm activation
To deactivate, open the app or send the deactivation keyword by SMS
Confirm the deactivation request
