Check that your phone supports 5G
Update your phone software to the latest version
Insert an Airtel 5G SIM or use your existing Airtel SIM
Make sure you are in an Airtel 5G coverage area
Turn on mobile data
Go to phone settings
Open Network or SIM settings
Select Preferred network type
Choose 5G/4G/3G/2G or 5G Auto
Restart your phone
Keep Airplane Mode off
Ensure your Airtel plan is active
Contact Airtel customer support if 5G still does not appear
