Select the option for ration card correction, modification, or member addition
Fill in the application form with the new member’s details
Upload required documents such as Aadhaar card, birth certificate, marriage certificate, or proof of relationship
Submit the application and note the reference or application number
Pay any applicable fee if required
Track the application status online or through the local ration office
Visit the nearest ration office, CSC center, or fair price shop if online service is not available
Submit the filled form and documents to the concerned authority
Wait for verification by the local ration inspector or food department officer
Collect the updated ration card or download the revised copy after approval
