Visit the IndiGo website or open the IndiGo app
Go to Manage Booking
Enter your PNR and last name or booking details
Select the flight ticket you want to cancel
Click on Cancel Booking
Review the cancellation charges and refund amount
Confirm the cancellation
Save or note the cancellation reference number
Check your registered email for the cancellation confirmation
If booked through a travel agent or third-party website, contact them to cancel the ticket
