Open the PhonePe app
Tap your profile icon or account section
Go to the Transactions or History section
Open the specific transaction you want to remove
Check if a delete, hide, or archive option is available
If no delete option is available, note that PhonePe does not allow deleting transaction history
Clear app cache from your phone settings if you want to remove local app data
Uninstall and reinstall the app if you want to remove stored app data from the device
