Enter your personal details exactly as per your Aadhaar card
Upload the required documents, such as Aadhaar card, ration card, and mobile number
Complete the e-KYC verification using OTP or biometric verification
Submit the application for approval
Wait for verification by the concerned authorities
Download the Ayushman card from the official portal after approval
Save a digital copy and print the card for future use
