Open the MyJio app
Go to the JioTunes section
Select Deactivate or Stop JioTune
Confirm the deactivation
Send an SMS with STOP to 56789
Wait for the confirmation message
Call Jio customer care at 198
Request deactivation of caller tune
Use the JioTunes management option in the MyJio app if available
Remove the active tune from your account
Restart your phone after deactivation if needed
