Open the Gmail app on your mobile
Tap your profile picture in the top right corner
Tap Manage accounts on this device
Select the Google account you want to remove
Tap Remove account
Confirm by tapping Remove account again
If needed, repeat for other Gmail accounts
On some phones, go to Settings
Tap Accounts or Passwords & accounts
Select Google
Choose the Gmail account
Tap Remove account
Confirm the removal
