How To Make Chilli Paneer?

Cut paneer into cubes

Toss paneer with cornflour, salt, and a little pepper

Heat oil in a pan and shallow-fry or deep-fry the paneer until golden

Remove the paneer and set aside

In another pan, heat oil

Add chopped garlic, ginger, and green chilies

Add sliced onions and capsicum

Stir-fry on high heat for a few minutes

Add soy sauce, red chili sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, and salt

Mix well

Add a little water if needed

Add a cornflour slurry to thicken the sauce

Add the fried paneer cubes

Toss until the paneer is well coated

Garnish with spring onion greens

Serve hot
