Open your email app or service
Go to your Sent items or Sent mail folder
Open the message you want to unsend
Select the option labeled Unsend, Recall, or Undo send (if available)
Confirm the unsend action
Check your Sent items and Inbox to verify the email was removed or delivery was halted
If you don’t see an Unsend/Recall option, use the available tools such as “Recall message” (if offered) or contact the recipient directly
