Plug the charger into a power outlet
Connect the charging cable to the charger or USB port
Connect the other end of the cable to your phone
Make sure the connection is secure
Check that the charging icon appears on the screen
Leave the phone connected until it reaches the desired battery level
Disconnect the cable from the phone
Unplug the charger from the outlet
