Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of chia seeds to 1 cup of water
Stir well to prevent clumping
Let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes until it forms a gel
Stir again before drinking
Drink it plain or add lemon juice if desired
Start with a small amount if you are new to chia seeds
Drink extra water during the day
Avoid swallowing dry chia seeds with little water
Do not consume large amounts at once
Use immediately after soaking or refrigerate and use within 24 hours
