Open the Google Pay app
Tap your profile picture or initial
Tap Personal info or Manage your Google Account
Tap Name
Edit your first and last name
Tap Save
Reopen Google Pay to see the updated name
If the name does not change, update your Google Account name in a browser and sync the app
