Open Excel
Go to File
Select Info
Click Manage Workbook
Choose Recover Unsaved Workbooks
Select the file you want
Open it
Save it immediately
Check AutoRecover files in Excel options
Search for temporary files in the unsaved files folder
Look in the Recent files list for recoverable versions
Use OneDrive or SharePoint version history if the file was stored there
Check the Recycle Bin if the file was deleted
Enable AutoSave and AutoRecover for future protection
