Press Windows key + PrtScn to capture the entire screen and save it automatically
Press Alt + PrtScn to capture the active window
Press Windows key + Shift + S to open Snipping Tool and select part of the screen
Open Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch from the Start menu to take a screenshot manually
Press Fn + PrtScn if your Dell laptop requires the Fn key for function keys
Paste the screenshot into Paint, Word, or another app using Ctrl + V if it was copied to the clipboard
