How To Insert Excel File In PowerPoint?

Open the PowerPoint presentation

Go to the slide where you want to insert the Excel file

Click the Insert tab

Select Object

Choose Create from file

Click Browse

Select the Excel file

Click Insert

Choose Link if you want the PowerPoint file to stay connected to the Excel file

Leave Link unchecked if you want to embed a copy of the Excel file

Click OK

Resize and position the inserted file on the slide if needed
