Open the Excel workbook
Select the cell where you want the image
Go to the Insert tab
Click Pictures
Choose the image source
Select the image file
Click Insert
Resize the image to fit the cell
Move the image so it aligns with the cell
Right-click the image and choose Format Picture if needed
Set the image to move and size with cells if required
