If on a managed/school/work network, try a personal network

Run Roblox as administrator (Windows)
Check Windows date/time are set automatically
Disable DNS filtering/ad-blocking services (if enabled)
Change DNS to a public DNS (e.g., Google 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4 or Cloudflare 1.1.1.1)
