Open the Instagram app
Find the video you want to save
Tap the three-dot menu on the post
Select Save to save it inside Instagram
If available, tap Download to save it to your gallery
If Download is not available, use your phone’s screen recording feature
Play the video in full screen while recording
Stop the recording when the video ends
Open your Gallery or Photos app
Find the recorded video in the Screen Recordings folder
Trim the recording if needed
For your own Instagram videos, open the post or reel
Tap the three-dot menu
Select Save to device or Download
Check your gallery for the saved file
