Open Safari
Tap the Downloads button in the address bar if it appears
Tap the Share button, then tap Downloads if available
Open the Files app
Tap Browse
Tap Downloads
Check the Safari Downloads folder if your device uses one
On Mac, click the down arrow in the Safari toolbar
On Mac, press Option-Command-L to open downloads
On Mac, check the Downloads folder in Finder
