Connect the printer to the network or to the host computer
Turn on printer sharing on the host computer
Open printer settings or control panel
Select the printer you want to share
Open printer properties or sharing options
Enable printer sharing
Set a share name for the printer
Save the settings
Make sure the host computer stays on and connected to the network
On other devices, add the shared printer from the network
Install the required printer driver if prompted
Test the printer by printing a page
