Log in to your account on the store’s website or app
Go to the Orders, Purchases, or Order History section
Select the order you want to track
Click or tap Track Order or View Tracking Details
Enter the tracking number on the carrier’s website if needed
Use the shipping carrier’s tracking page to see delivery updates
Contact the seller or customer support if tracking information is unavailable
Check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find the confirmation email
