Fill out the duplicate driving licence application form
Attach required documents such as proof of identity, proof of address, original damaged licence if available, and FIR/report if applicable
Attach passport-size photographs if required
Pay the prescribed fee
Submit the application online or at the RTO counter
Complete biometric verification or document verification if asked
Collect the acknowledgement receipt or application number
Track the application status online or at the RTO
Receive the duplicate driving licence by post or collect it from the RTO, as applicable
