Log in to the railway ticket booking website or app
Go to the booked tickets or my bookings section
Select the ticket you want to cancel
Click or tap cancel ticket
Confirm the cancellation request
Check the refund details and cancellation charges
Save or download the cancellation confirmation
If booked at a railway counter, visit the same counter with the ticket and ID proof to cancel it
