Copy the Reel link
Open a trusted Reel downloader website or app
Paste the copied link into the downloader
Select the download option with audio if available
Save the video to your device
If the Reel has no direct audio download option, use a screen recorder with sound enabled
Make sure your device volume and microphone/system audio settings are turned on
Respect copyright and download only content you have permission to save
