How To Make Dalia With Milk?

Rinse 1 cup dalia and drain

Heat 1 tablespoon ghee or butter in a pan

Add the dalia and roast for 2 to 3 minutes

Add 3 cups water and cook until the dalia softens

Pour in 2 cups milk

Add sugar or jaggery to taste

Add cardamom powder if desired

Cook on low heat, stirring often, until thick and creamy

Add chopped nuts or raisins if desired

Serve hot or warm
