Choose the payment or transaction you want to dispute
Select Request a refund or Report a problem
Follow the prompts and submit the request
Contact the recipient directly if the payment was sent to the wrong person
Contact your bank or card issuer if the payment was made by card and Google Pay cannot reverse it
Check your transaction status in Google Pay
Wait for the merchant or bank to process the refund
Review your linked bank account or card for the refunded amount
