Press Command (⌘) + Option (⌥) + Escape (Esc)
Open Finder, then go to Applications > Utilities > Activity Monitor
Use Spotlight search: press Command (⌘) + Space, type “Activity Monitor,” then press Return
Use Launchpad: open Launchpad, search “Activity Monitor,” then open it
