Open the Facebook app or website and log in
Go to Menu or your profile picture
Select Settings & privacy
Tap Settings
Open Accounts Center
Tap Personal details
Select Name
Enter your new name
Review the name change
Tap Save or Review Change
Enter your password if prompted
Wait for Facebook to approve the change if required
