Open Snapchat
Swipe right to go to Chat
Open the group chat
Tap the group name at the top
Tap the menu or settings icon
Leave the group if you are a member
Delete the chat from your chat list if needed
If you created the group, remove all members first
Leave the group yourself
The group will disappear when no members remain
