Open Gmail and sign in
Click the gear icon and select See all settings
Under General, find Undo Send
Set the cancellation period to the time you want
Scroll down and click Save Changes
After sending an email, click Undo in the pop-up at the bottom left
If the undo period has passed, the email cannot be recalled
To remove a sent email from the recipient’s inbox after it is delivered, use Gmail Confidential Mode or ask the recipient to delete it
