Take a large sheet of white paper or parchment paper
Fold the paper in half lengthwise
Fold it in half again lengthwise
Open it back up
Fold the top two corners down to meet the center crease
Fold the bottom edge of the top layer upward
Flip the paper over
Fold the remaining bottom edge upward
Tuck or overlap the ends to form a band
Adjust the band to fit your head
Shape the top to look like a chef hat
Secure with tape or staples if needed
