Open Chrome
Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner
Select Settings
Click Default browser
Click Make default
If prompted, choose Google Chrome and confirm
On Windows, you can also go to Settings > Apps > Default apps > Google Chrome > Set default
On Mac, go to System Settings > Desktop & Dock > Default web browser > Google Chrome
On Android, go to Settings > Apps > Default apps > Browser app > Chrome
On iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Chrome > Default Browser App > Chrome
