Open Chrome on the source device
Sign in to Chrome with your Google account
Turn on sync in Chrome settings
Make sure Bookmarks is included in sync
Open Chrome on the new device
Sign in with the same Google account
Wait for bookmarks to sync automatically
To export favorites manually, open Chrome
Click the three-dot menu
Go to Bookmarks
Select Bookmark manager
Click the three-dot menu in Bookmark manager
Choose Export bookmarks
Save the HTML file
On the new device, open Chrome
Go to Bookmark manager
Click the three-dot menu
Choose Import bookmarks
Select the saved HTML file
Confirm the import
To transfer from another browser, export bookmarks from that browser
Import the exported HTML file into Chrome
To transfer between computers without sync, copy the Chrome bookmarks file manually
Close Chrome on both devices before copying files
Replace the bookmarks file in the Chrome profile folder on the new device
Reopen Chrome and check the bookmarks
