Open Chrome
Type `chrome://settings` in the address bar
Click `System`
Turn on `Use hardware acceleration when available`
Restart Chrome
Type `chrome://flags` in the address bar
Search for `WebGL`
Enable any WebGL-related flags if available
Restart Chrome again
Type `chrome://gpu` in the address bar
Check that WebGL is listed as enabled
Update your graphics drivers if WebGL is still disabled
Make sure Chrome is up to date
Disable remote desktop or virtualization software if it blocks hardware acceleration
