Open Chrome on the source computer
Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner
Go to Bookmarks
Click Bookmark manager
Click the three-dot menu in the Bookmark Manager
Select Export bookmarks
Save the HTML file to your computer or a USB drive
Move the HTML file to the other computer
Open Chrome on the destination computer
Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner
Go to Bookmarks
Click Bookmark manager
Click the three-dot menu in the Bookmark Manager
Select Import bookmarks
Choose the saved HTML file
Confirm the import
