Open Chrome
Click the three-dot menu
Select Bookmarks
Click Bookmark manager
Click the three-dot menu in Bookmark manager
Select Export bookmarks
Choose a save location
Click Save
To back up manually, copy the Chrome bookmarks file from the user profile folder
On Windows, find it in AppDataLocalGoogleChromeUser DataDefault
On Mac, find it in Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome/Default
On Linux, find it in .config/google-chrome/Default
Save the file named Bookmarks
To restore, open Bookmark manager
Click the three-dot menu
Select Import bookmarks
Choose the saved file
Click Open
