Turn off the Chromebook
Unplug the charger and remove all external devices
Press and hold Refresh and tap Power
Release Refresh when the Chromebook starts up
If needed, perform a full reset by turning off the Chromebook
Press and hold Esc + Refresh, then press Power
When the recovery screen appears, follow the on-screen steps
If you mean a factory reset, sign out of the Chromebook
Press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + r
Select Restart
Select Powerwash
Follow the prompts to reset the device
