Connect your iPhone to your computer with a USB cable
Unlock your iPhone and tap Trust This Computer if prompted
On Windows, open the Photos app or File Explorer
On Mac, open the Photos app or Image Capture
Select the iPhone as the source device
Choose the photos or videos you want to import
Click Import, Import Selected, or Download
Wait for the transfer to finish
Safely eject or disconnect your iPhone
Use iCloud Photos if you want wireless syncing
Sign in with the same Apple ID on both devices
Turn on iCloud Photos on your iPhone
Download the images from iCloud.com or the Photos app on your computer
