How To Unsend Email In Outlook?

Open Outlook

Go to the folder that contains your sent email (usually “Sent Items”)

Double-click the email you want to remove

If available, select “Message” tab

Select “Actions”

Select “Recall This Message”

Choose whether to:

Delete unread copies of the message

Delete unread copies and replace with a new message

Click “OK”

If you chose “replace,” compose the replacement email and send it

Confirm the recall status in the “Message Recall” notification (if prompted)
