Find the control knob and igniter button
Turn the control knob to “Pilot”
Press and hold the control knob in
Press the igniter button until the pilot flame lights
Keep holding the control knob for 30 to 60 seconds
Release the control knob
Check that the pilot flame stays lit
Turn the control knob to “On”
Turn on the fireplace switch or remote control
Close the access panel
