Use the `/locate` command for the structure you want
Note the coordinates of the nearest structure
Move far enough away from that structure
Use `/locate` again to find the next nearest one
Repeat until the desired second nearest structure appears
In Java Edition, use `/locate structure
In Bedrock Edition, use `/locate structure
If available, use `/locate structure` with different structure types to compare results
Teleport to the first result or travel away from it before locating again
Use a map or coordinates to keep track of each found structure
