Cut a length of ribbon
Fold the ribbon into two equal loops
Cross one loop over the other
Pull one loop through the center
Tighten the knot in the middle
Adjust the loops to make them even
Trim the ribbon ends at an angle or into a V shape
Fluff and shape the bow as needed
