Open Creative mode
Open your inventory
Search for End Portal Frame
Search for Eye of Ender
Place 12 End Portal Frames in a 3×3 square with the center empty
Make sure the frames face inward toward the center
Insert 1 Eye of Ender into each End Portal Frame
Fill all 12 frames
Step into the activated End Portal
