How To Make Broccolini?

Rinse the broccolini and trim off the tough ends

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil

Blanch the broccolini for 1 to 2 minutes until bright green

Drain and transfer to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking

Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat

Add minced garlic if desired and cook briefly

Add the broccolini and sauté for 2 to 4 minutes

Season with salt and black pepper

Finish with lemon juice, red pepper flakes, or parmesan if desired

Serve warm
